She is dedicated to driving positive results with a proven record of effective communication and collaboration within and across functions. Tracy is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in organizational change and leadership at the University of Southern California. She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
